YOUR VERY OWN Brand Pyramid
At tradienet we believe that in order for us to build you a great website, we first need to understand your business. After all, how can we tell your potential customers what sets you apart from your competition if we don't know this ourselves?
So before we get to work on designing your website, we first take each business through the Discovery phase where we sit down and build them their very own "Brand Pyramid" or Minimum Viable Brand (MVB) document. Simply put, it's a Google doc specifically build to define your business and brand within your industry. It answers lots of difficult questions, like "What sets your business apart from your competition?" and "Who is your target audience?" just to list a few.
Once built you'll be able to use this document when seeking direction in all areas of your business. Like how to best speak to your audience in your marketing content, or ensure that you grow in a direction that aligns with your brands core values and beliefs. It will also helps to create continuity behind everything you do (both in the field and online) to help you build and maintain your reputation within your industry and stay strong to what your ideal customers value.

Just like a new home needs continuous maintenance and protection to always look and perform at its best, your website will too.
Although this plan isn't required (because we want it to remain optional), it's highly recommended for all our merchants.
Once we've built your website for you we're no longer just the experts in our field. We're now the experts in your website too. Great support is easier to provide when the provider has a great initial understanding on the potential causes of any issue. Give us that advantage and you wont regret it.

the tradienet process
There are three stages to every tradienet build
Phase 1:
DISCOVER
The first stage of the process is to meet and discuss your business. We'll have questions around your goals, your customer base and your current workflows so we can build you a custom website that helps your business grow.
Phase 2:
DESIGN
Once we've got the approved brief in place and deposit paid, our team will get to work on building your website. Stage 2 usually takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on the scope of your project.
Phase 3:
DEPLOY
Almost done! This is where final revisions take place, we run our functionality tests and launch your website to the public. We'll then provide any necessary client training and transfer ownership before monitoring your site for the post period.
